CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. “No call, no show" clients will be charged 100% of the service price and may be blocked from future bookings. Late Arrivals A 10 minute grace period is allowed, After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will be marked as a no-show.
